DyspepsiaLog is for the daily reality of living with functional dyspepsia — the discomfort after meals, the flares that seem to come out of nowhere, and the slow process of figuring out which foods or habits might be connected.
Logging is quick: note what you ate, when symptoms appeared, and how you felt. Over time the app surfaces the timing relationships that are hard to hold in memory, so when you see your gastroenterologist you can show a clear picture instead of reconstructing weeks from scratch.
Built to respect you: your entries stay on your device by default and Helperly never sells your data. The free version is supported by ads through Google AdMob (which applies its own tracking); upgrading removes them and unlocks more. Either way, the app is for logging and insight — never a diagnosis or medical advice.
Features
-
Fast daily logging
Log meals, symptoms, and any medications in seconds — quick enough to capture timing right when it matters most.
-
See your patterns
Trends, charts, and plain-language insights connect what you ate to when symptoms appeared, making patterns easier to discuss with your care team.
-
Meals & timing
Log meals and when symptoms appear afterward, so patterns between food, timing, and flares become visible.
-
Private by design
Your health data stays on your device by default and Helperly never sells it. The free version is ad-supported through Google AdMob (which does its own ad tracking); upgrade to go ad-free. Logging and insight only — never a diagnosis or medical advice.
